LookAtVietnam – Construction of a US$660-million high-class condominium complex began in Ha Dong district in southern Hanoi on December 18.

Park Chun Sun, president of the Republic of Korea company INPYUNG – the investor – said Cleve is considered a landmark project that will meet the standards of the Southeast Asia market.
It will take less than 10 minutes to travel from central Hanoi to the complex in the outskirts once the elevated light railway linking Ha Dong district and Cat Linh Street is completed.
Four apartment blocks of the eight-year project will be built in the first two-year phase.
