Condominiums worth more than half a billion US dollars to be built

December 19, 2009

LookAtVietnam – Construction of a US$660-million high-class condominium complex began in Ha Dong district in southern Hanoi on December 18.

The Cleve complex will have 15 high-rise buildings with more than 4,600 flats to be built on an area of nearly 66,000m2. It will include ‘smart’ apartments, large-scale trade and financial centres, hospitals, sports centres, parks, lakes, cultural houses, cinemas and recreational centres that aim to provide residents the best in comfort and convenience.

Park Chun Sun, president of the Republic of Korea company INPYUNG – the investor – said Cleve is considered a landmark project that will meet the standards of the Southeast Asia market.

It will take less than 10 minutes to travel from central Hanoi to the complex in the outskirts once the elevated light railway linking Ha Dong district and Cat Linh Street is completed.

Four apartment blocks of the eight-year project will be built in the first two-year phase.
