Le Thi Hoang Ngoc on January 19 became the second shooter after Hoang Xuan Vinh to bag an official ticket to compete at the Olympic Games in London this summer.
At the ongoing Asian Shooting Championships in Doha, Qatar, Ngoc earned 579 points, ranking 7th and entering the final round in which she raised her own mark in an outstanding performance to finally rank 6th.
The organizing board will choose an additional three shooters to compete at the Olympic Games. The top four scorers have already gained.
